Keep in mind that in order to start a Business Plan it is important to analyze several previous questions. If you already have a business plan, but need to update it, our experts can also reorient and review your strategy.

Initial Interview
On-site meeting or video call with the Company's Management to understand the project and its context. Questions are raised about the business idea, vision, key objectives and growth strategies, among others

Analysis
Elaboration of the Business Diagnosis. Determination of the action needs for each area of the business. This phase may include research on the specific market, competitors and any other type of information that is required for thebusiness plan.

Draft
Presentation of the draft of the business plan of the extension that is required. Depending on its objective and contracted model, it includes: Executive Summary, Business Model, Environmental Analysis, Market Study, Strategy, Marketing, HR, Operations Plan, Financial Plan and Schedule of Activities.

Revised Plan
After reviewing the draft, the Revised Plan is submitted for final approval. Some further modifications can be considered.
